Our victorian corsets are based on historical examples of the last part of the 19th century, great to create the hourglass silhouette fashionable between 1880-1900.
Throughout the 19th century, narrow waists were greatly admired and the perfect victorian silhouette was achieved thanks to these kinds of corsets, which nip in the waist, support the bust and smooth hips and torso.

These corsets feature centre front busk, English cotton coutil strength layer, cotton sateen fashion fabrics and high-quality synthetic whalebones.
They are laced on the back in the typical victorian way, and they should be tightened from the two loops of lacing called “rabbit ears”, positioned on the waistline.

It is a historically inspired piece not suitable for waist training.
